an evening of relaxation and revelry, in a beautiful pristine mountain "hollar",  all while tasting several woods-inspired wines, (accompanied by similarly inspired "micro-dishes"),  high lighting the tannic, oaky, earthy, brambly, chalky, flinty, starkness of the beverages which are born of the same elements as the woods themselves, all the while basking in the glow of a warming, soul-soothing evening fire.

Friday Evening, May 9

IMAGINE...

Wine in the Woods…May 9

The evening will conclude with song around the warming embers of the fire, surrounded by the call of the owl, the whoosh of a horse's relaxed evening breath, and the scent of woodsmoke wafting up to the stars.

Led by Susi Gott Seguret, Author, Culinary Expert and Certified Specialist of Wine

Possible guest appearance by Eustace Conway, founder and visionary of Turtle Island Preserve and our own Mountain Man, and star of the History Channel's Mountain Men series.
