    Our unique overnight summer camps offer natural living experiences and exceptional outdoor education. We are here to help boys become balanced young men.. Our Boys Camp is designed for young boys age 8-12, and is a one week immersion into comfortable, simple living in harmony with nature.

    Father-Son Camp

    Father and Son Camp at Turtle Island Preserve is held annually. It is an unusual opportunity in a profoundly magical place. It is a long weekend for fathers and their sons to slow the rapid pace of life for a few days and to camp out at our unique .outdoor education center. Together in the time-tested tradition of our ancestors, men and their young boys take time to reconnect together with their natural roots.

    University Discovery Visits: both day-long and overnight visits are available to college and university groups. Hands-on lessons are offered in Forest Management, Homesteading, Appalachian Lore, Permaculture, Off-Grid Living, Alternative Energy and more!
